Shipping Policy
At BREAKAWAY EVOLUTION, we carefully package and ship collectible trading cards, including raw and graded cards, to help protect them during transit.
Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods, sales events, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Domestic shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $5.99 per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping rates for international orders, if available, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, order details, package size, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders may ship through USPS, UPS, or another available carrier depending on the order and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Packaging
Trading cards are packaged with care to help protect against normal handling during shipment.
Raw cards may be shipped in protective sleeves, top loaders, semi-rigid holders, team bags, cardboard protection, bubble mailers, boxes, or other protective packaging depending on the order.
Graded cards are packaged with additional protection to help prevent slab damage during transit.
Tracking
Most orders include tracking. Once tracking is provided, please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment.
Tracking updates and delivery timing are controlled by the shipping carrier after the package has been accepted.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
BREAKAWAY EVOLUTION is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately at support@breakawayevolution.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed, packed, labeled, or shipped.
Delivery Issues
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
BREAKAWAY EVOLUTION is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect routing, missed delivery attempts, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using the tracking number provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@breakawayevolution.com.
Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and any visible damage to the mailer or box.
Damage claims may require photos and carrier review. Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
High-Value Orders
High-value orders may require additional protection, insurance, or signature confirmation at our discretion.
If signature confirmation is required, the customer is responsible for being available to receive the package or arranging pickup with the carrier.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may be requested before an order has shipped.
Once an order has been packed, labeled, or handed to the carrier, cancellation is not guaranteed.
