Return Policy

At BREAKAWAY EVOLUTION, we sell collectible trading cards, including raw and graded cards. Because trading cards are condition-sensitive collectibles, all sales are considered final unless there is an issue with the order.

Please review all photos, titles, descriptions, condition notes, grades, and card details before purchasing.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged in transit
  • There was a major error in the listing description

To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@breakawayevolution.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue.

Return requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Raw Cards

Raw cards are sold based on the photos, title, description, and visible condition shown in the listing.

Raw card condition is subjective and does not guarantee a specific grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any other grading company.

Returns are not accepted for raw cards due to:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Expected grading results
  • Centering preferences
  • Minor print lines or factory defects
  • Surface marks visible in photos
  • Condition disagreements after purchase
  • Market value changes

Graded Cards

Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the grading company shown in the listing.

Returns are not accepted for graded cards due to:

  • Disagreement with the assigned grade
  • Future regrade or crossover results
  • Population report changes
  • Market value changes
  • Minor slab scuffs or wear shown in photos

If a graded card or slab arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Cards must not be removed from sleeves, top loaders, team bags, slabs, or protective packaging unless instructed.

Approved returns must be shipped back with tracking within 7 days of return approval.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was shipped or the issue was caused by BREAKAWAY EVOLUTION.

Cancellations

Order cancellations may be requested before the order has shipped. Once an order has been packed, labeled, or handed to the carrier, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Final Sale Items

Sale items, discounted items, opened sealed products, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return unless the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged.
